CRYSTAL CABINETRY, LG APPLIANCES, QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS
This project started with a need for a much more functional space. The home was originally built in the 1990's and likely designed by a lumberyard. The main living areas were majorly lacking in flow and functionality as two diagonal walls closed off and cornered the kitchen leaving a single use hallway!
I combined the mudroom and laundry room and closed them off with a door. Perfect for messes and great to have access from the garage!
In the design process, I created an open floor plan by sharing the kitchen, dining and living room spaces. This would allow more a larger kitchen, multi-functional spaces and more light filtered throughout.
